When accepting this project, the FDS team was aware of the space issue. However, for the top interior designers of India, no issue is a challenge when it comes to exhibiting innovation. What followed was a strategically designed compact restaurant, Colonel’s Grill, without compromising creativity.
The Indian cuisine restaurant, located in the middle of a mall in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad was provided a unique theme, Fire. The 50-60 seating food outlets, was given an iconic look starting from the uniquely designed ceiling in the form of sun to the two colored flooring in orange and beige.
To give a blazing effect to the fire theme restaurant, an orange texture has been maintained throughout. The furniture has been kept black and red to add to the fiery look. While one of the walls has been emblazoned with sun shaped mirrors and huge semi circles stylishly embellished with flaming digital posters, the other wall has been reserved to provide a glimpse of a brown colored galaxy. The thoughtful lighting selection contributed further to the urbane ambiance.

A unique forest themed restaurant based on the Ajanta & Ellora Caves declared as a world heritage site by UNESCO. The flawless woody ambiance makes the guests half believe that they are in a core jungle area. To give special space to varied target customers three different zones, namely the special Machaan area for the love buds, the Ajanta Ellora inspired pegion for the family diners and the Jungle Book based Kiddy Zone for the little ones.
Covering parts of North West India and Pakistan, it exhibits the original map of Sindh. The large mural of a lion and elements of local Bhangra are impeccably complimented with theme based lamps to provide a 3D look to the ambiance.
